Registration form (All fields are mandatory) CALL FOR ABSTRACTS Abstract submissions for both oral and poster communications are welcome. > Submission guidelines Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed one page A4. Please follow the abstract provided, including the letter font (only Arial) and size. < Download here the Abstract template > Submitted documents should be in MS Word format. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. If you submit an abstract for Oral Communication, please tick where appropriate and select the related session. Please state clearly your preference for oral or poster presentation. Note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide upon the acceptance and mode of presentation. Oral communications are limited to 10 minutes, plus 5 min for questions/answers. > Important: Submissions (maximum 2 per registered author) should be sent electronically.The last date for submitting the abstracts is 15th May 2011. > Poster presentations Poster size - 90 cm wide x 120 cm high in portrait format (no landscape). |
